Your charter must be operated by an independent USCG-licensed captain. As the primary charterer, you select and engage the captain (and crew where applicable) and retain authority over them for the duration of the charter. Kokomo Charters will provide a list of independent captains who have been vetted and approved by
the vessel owners and their insurers. You may also propose your own captain, subject to owner and insurer approval. Fuel usage, dockage, gratuities, and provisions are calculated based on actual consumption and itinerary. -
